BUYERS GUIDE

Dear Livestock Supporter:

The Clark County Jr. Livestock Association and Youth Exhibitors invite you to attend our annual Show and Sale, to be held during the Clark County Fair, April 11th - 14th.  Whether you are interested in buying an animal or donating bonus money to an exhibitor we will outline the procedures for you.

  • ADD ON/BONUS MONEY

If you are planning to add on money to a specific exhibitor, please let us know ahead of time. You may PRINT and fill out THIS CARD and send it along with a check, anytime between now and the Fair and we will record this information. Please send cards and checks to PO Box 668 Logandale, NV 89021. This will ensure that we can acknowledge your contributions during the auction. There will be donation cards available the day of auction at the buyer check in table.

  • BUYERS

We are asking each buyer to pre-register before the auction. The easiest way to do this is to fill out THIS ONLINE REGISTRATION . Online registration will open March 1, 2024. Please click “sign in” on the upper right hand corner and choose “BUYER” and then “I AM A NEW BUYER” or choose your name from the drop down menu. To receive 2 free fair admission tickets, please complete the online registration by March 30 and tickets will be mailed to you.

You may also PRINT and fill out THIS FORM and return it to PO Box 668 Logandale, NV 89021. 

If you will be bidding on animals we ask that you check in when you arrive at the auction. Check in will be located at the table just inside the door. Here you will receive your bidder number, sale booklet and be asked to sign some paperwork. During the sale you will use your bidder number provided to bid on animals as you desire.

After the sale we ask that you return to the same table to check out. Here you will receive a copy of your invoice for any purchases you made. You may pay for your purchases at this time or we will bill you and MUST pay you bill within 30 days. We do accept payments via credit card with a 3% processing fee. If payment is not received within 30 days a 10% fee will be added to the bill. If you do not return to check out and fill out cutting and wrapping instructions, a standard cut will be used to process your meat.  

We appreciate your interest in supporting the youth of Southern Nevada. The show wouldn’t be a success without supporters like you. Please feel free to contact us if you need any further information.

Friday April 12                    10:00 am Showmanship Competition

Saturday April 13              12:00 pm Auction of Market Animals (Starting with Grand Champion Beef)

 

Immediately following the auction, you are invited to attend the “Buyers BBQ” for all buyers, exhibitors and families in the Sale Barn.
